MCC offers an full range of Shaped Refractory systems,ie Fire Clay Brick, High Alumina Brick, Basic Brick, Phosphate Bonded Brick, Mullite Brick, Andalusite Brick, AZS series solutions that utilize high purity materials, To provide superior quality turn-key solutions through custom design, manufacturing, installation and support of plant-related systems. Our mission is to build on our history of product excellence and technology innovation to provide the highest-quality and most reliable products and services to our world-wide customers in process industry & support of plant-related systems.

Fire Clay Bricks

Fire Clay Bricks are classified according to Alumina content ranging from 32%~48%.Widely  used as linings for kilns, furnaces and boilers they possess stable mechanical strength and can be withstand extreme thermal cycling and thermal resistance.

High Alumina Bricks

High Alumina Bricks are produced with selected bauxite chamotte as main raw materials, fired at 1450⁰C~1470⁰C by advanced process with strict quality control. Classified according to Alumina content ranging from 55% to 95%,it possess stable mechanical strength, excellent thermal shock resistance ,with high refractoriness of no lower than 1750⁰C.

High Alumina PhP Bricks

High Alumina Phosphate Brick is produced with selected bauxite chamotte by advanced process and strict quality control. It’s chemical characteristic tend to neutral. Its has high acid, slag and alkaline resistance than clay brick and silicon brick.

Basic Bricks

Basic refractories are those which are attacked by acid slags. Since they do not react with basic slags so, these refractories are of considerable importance for furnace linings where the environment is basic for example, in furnace for non-ferrous metallurgical operations.

Medium Duty AlCr Bricks

Medium Duty AlCr bricks conmposition of high purity Al2O3 & Cr2O3 oxide, featured by low impurity content,  Green brick natural color tend to greenish, and will change according to the Cr2O3 (%) being added on it. when added 3% it appear light red, added 8% it tend to Purple-Red, when greater than 20%, it tend to Dark Red, the higher the Cr2O3, the color tend to exhibit Black after firing.

Heavy Duty Cr Bricks

Heavy Duty Chrome Bricks are chrome oxide products produced from industrial pure chrome green, Normally Cr2O3 (%) ranging from greater than 30%~90%. its mainly proposed used in the major parts of coal-fired chemical, chemical industrial furnaces, alkali-free glass fiber kiln, garbage incinerators, gasifiers, etc.

Mullite Bricks

Mullite brick is characterized by excellent high temperature resistance and good thermal shock resistance, stable hot temperature strength. Which is widely used in blast furnace, hot blast stove and glass melting furnace with its various excellent properties of high temperature resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high thermal conductivity and so on.

Zirconia Bricks

Zircon Brick is made from high grade zircon sand with the zircon content minimum ranging from 64 %. It is acid refractory with the advantages of high mechanical strength, high refractoriness under load, excellent thermal shock stability, good creep resistance and good corrosion resistance.

Andalusite Bricks

High grade andalusite from natural quartz source as the main raw material for formulated these refractory bricks. Andalusite brick  go through by hydraulic high pressure presses by vibration casting or slip casting. widely used in the cooling wall of blast furnace, chemical and ceramic industry, the door of coke oven, or as the lining and checker of hot blast furnaces.

Insulation FireBricks (IFB)

Insulating fire bricks (IFB) belong to the group of thermal insulation bricks. IFB are shaped refractory products with an application temperature of greater 800°C and a total porosity greater than 45%. Insulating fire bricks are classified according to ASTM C155, EN 1094-2, ISO 2245 or JIS R2611. Insulating fire bricks are mainly used in shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns or lab kilns. Further fields of application include heat treatment furnaces as well as petrochemical plants such as reformers/cracker furnaces or combustion chamber linings.

Silica Brick

Silica brick classified under acid refractory, which has strong resistance to acid slag erosion, but it is strongly eroded by alkaline slag. It  exhibit weak performance if attack by oxides containing Al2O3, K2O and Na2O,but it has excellent resistance to oxides such as CaO, FeO andFe2O3 .
