Conventional Castables

Conventional Dense Castable is mixed by high quality bauxite,flint clay as aggregate, silica powder,α-alumina powder as micro powder,refractory cement as binder. Formulas are changed according to different applications. MCC conventional dense castables are specially designed to use for steel industry,boiler furnaces,incinerators and other industrial furnaces.

High Alumina Castables

High Alumina Castable is mixed by high quality bauxite, mullite, andalusite or corundum as aggregate, silica powder, α-alumina powder as micro powder, refractory cement as binder, also some additive to make better performance. Formulas are changed according to different applications. suitable for used in the area where required excellent abrasion resistance, high hot strength, increased erosion resistance and reduce hot load deformation.

Low Cement Castables

Low Cement Castable is based on the use of low calcium aluminate cement content,and they are used in many applications that require high refractoriness, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. LLC possess a uniform structure with low porosity,higher hot strength throughout temperature cycles of low & intermediate range

Insulating Castables

Insulating castable is specifically manufactured to conserve & insulate heat. Designed to strong enough to be sued at hot face and are very effective to be sued as backup insulating refractory also.Our formulations used various high quality materials to give the best service life Such as Perlite,Vermiculite,Light Weight Clay,Light Weight Mullite or Bubble alumina according to the operating conditions.

Plastic Castables

Plastic castable is phos-bonded,bauxite,mullite or corundum based refractory,its unsurpassed resistance to acid and neutral as well as basic slags allows it perform well in the corrosive environments. it does not require forms during installation where anchors are present except for flat arch constructions.

Gunning Castables

Gunning castable utilises specifically selected raw materials including specific sizing,clays,cement and additives to ensure ease placement by gunning methods. Gunning castable reduce installation time, cost and money, and performance as good as vibration casting.
